Everything from a dead outlet to a full gut
Most contractors on the Shore specialize and hand off the rest. We keep carpentry, tile, plumbing, light electrical, roofing, siding, paint and haul-off in house — so one call covers the whole job and nobody points at anybody else.

Siding, stone skirt, new stoop and railing — curb appeal, rebuilt
Kitchen Remodeling
We rebuild kitchens in the order that keeps you cooking as long as possible: measure and order first, demo second, then cabinets set to a laser line so the doors line up even when the old floor doesn't.
- Cabinetry & counters
- Tile backsplash
- Lighting & electrical
Most kitchens run 2–4 weeks on site once materials land.
“Giana and Mark were always available and responsive to all my needs. Kitchen looks fantastic!” — Denice Bellinger

“Mark was excellent with communication from start to finish… the price was very fair.” — BAMCO GAMEZ, Salisbury

- Subfloor repair
Most single-level installs finish in 2–4 days.

Interior strip-out — mold cut back, framing exposed, ready to rebuild
Roofing & Siding
Out here wind and salt get a vote. Roofs start at the drip edge, siding starts at the housewrap, and the yard gets a magnet run before we pull off the street.
- Roof repair & replace
- Vinyl siding
- Gutters & downspouts
Re-roofs are usually 1–3 days; siding runs a week or two.
“Active roof leak and serious downspout issues… repairs that actually fixed it.” — Evelyn Halligan, Ocean City

Window swap in an old brick house — trim milled to match
Doors, Windows & Trim
Old Shore houses are rarely square. We shim, flash and seal so a new door or window closes with one finger and stays that way through a wet February.
- Entry doors
- Replacement windows
- Crown & trim
Doors and single windows are usually one visit.
“Professional, quick, and the door looks great.” — Shaun Lewis, Princess Anne

What our crews look like on your street
Site work & hauling
Two dump trucks, one alley, zero mess left behind
A driveway and side lot that had gone to mud. We brought in the skid steer and a pair of trucks, stripped the old base out by the load, regraded for drainage away from the foundation, and packed new stone in lifts. The street was swept before the last truck pulled out — the neighbors never had a reason to call anybody.
- Grading & drainage
- Debris hauled same day
- Stone base compacted in lifts
Roofing
Drip edge, nailed off right, before a single shingle goes down
Most roof leaks on the Shore start at the edges, not the field. So we start there: clean tear-off, new drip edge nailed on a tight pattern, ice-and-water at the eaves, then shingles run straight up the roof. Coastal wind ratings, proper fasteners, and a magnet run over the yard at the end.
- Full tear-off & re-roof
- Coastal wind-rated fastening
- Yard swept with a magnet

Before you book anyone
How fast can you come out for an estimate?+
Usually within a day or two — and we work seven days a week, 7 AM to 6 PM. Mark has been known to measure and quote on a Sunday so you're not waiting on a contractor to call you back.
Do you handle small repairs, or only full remodels?+
Both. A leaking toilet, a squeaky floor joist, or a full kitchen gut all get the same crew, the same written scope, and the same clean-up standard.
Are you licensed and insured?+
Yes. We pull permits when the job calls for it and build to local Somerset County and Eastern Shore code requirements — Judi's porch renovation is a good example of that.
Do you work with landlords and property managers?+
Constantly. Turnovers, tenant repairs, emergency plumbing and electrical, debris removal and full make-readies across multiple properties.
Do you handle emergencies like burst pipes?+
Yes. We've restored water the same day on frozen and burst lines in the middle of winter, then handled the drywall, spackle and paint so you can't tell it happened.
What will it cost?+
You get a written estimate that spells out the work, materials and steps before anything starts. Clients repeatedly tell us the pricing is fair and there are no surprise add-ons.
How do you keep my home livable during the work?+
We sequence demo, rough-in and finish work so disruption stays contained, protect the areas we're not touching, and sweep the site at the end of every day.
Do you do commercial work?+
Regularly — office build-outs, commercial painting, demolition and debris removal, and facilities work for management companies in Salisbury and beyond.
